Ever find yourself asking, “Why won’t my baby just sleep?!” This is a question I asked myself several times a day and countless times a night when my child was little. Everyone said to me, “Enjoy this time with her, she’s only little once,” and you know what? I wasn’t enjoying “this time”. Not at all. And I felt so guilty about it. Why? Because my baby just would. not. sleep. I was beyond exhausted. She cried, I cried, my husband cried (don’t tell him I told you that!) We were desperate. We knew the time had come to get a sleep consultant – then the only question remaining was, “why did we wait so long?!”

I hope to get you before you reach the same point we did, but if not, now is as good a time as any to get in touch! Before working with a sleep consultant, my husband and I thought we would never be able to handle having another baby. After sleep training and now that I am a Sleep Consultant, we are ready to add to our family! I hope to make you feel the same.

I feel such a sense of accomplishment having worked with Natasha, because I know his sleep would still be erratic had I not followed the sleep plan that she’d created and we discussed together.

One of the best aspects of the work I did with Natasha was learning how to deal with sleep changes while traveling. I just came back from a two-week trip to Europe where at first my son was struggling to nap in his new travel pram. In our follow up discussions, we strategized how to deal with this, and I was always able to refer back to the routine she created in our plan. After a few days he was back to his schedule and the trip was saved. I travel often and for long periods of time so having these newfound skills is a godsend. I love having my sleep plan to refer to always! I even look forward to his night-time and nap routines now!
