Before having our first son, one of my main fears was how I would cope with broken sleep and unsettled nights. In preparation I read books dedicated to sleep and baby routines, listened to podcasts and immersed myself in all things baby sleep. We tried our best in those early days but found that all the conflicting advice confused things further, resulting in us seeking the help of a Sleep Consultant. We wanted to do it once and do it right. After just 2 weeks working with a Consultant, our son fell beautifully into a routine and was sleeping 12 hours a night; she quite literally changed our lives!

Having had such an impact on my whole family's quality of life and realising there is a huge void in teaching new parents about infant sleep, I decided to leave my hectic job as a freelance event producer and train to become a Certified Sleep Consultant. I want to help people in the way I was helped through those blurred weeks with an unsettled and overtired tiny person!

As a fully certified ‘Baby Sleep the Night’ Consultant, I am part of the UK’s largest professional body of sleep experts, and feel so passionately about good sleep habits for the whole family.

Packages

One-to-One Sleep Solutions Package
This is my most popular package, and consists of:

 

A preliminary evaluation. This is an in depth evaluation of a comprehensive questionnaire about your child’s sleep habits and routines that you’ll fill out prior to our meeting, having this information in advance helps us make the most of our time together.

 

A private, 90 minute consultation via Zoom or over the phone, where we’ll discuss strategies, troubleshoot possible problems and learn how to address bedtime, nap time, night-wakings or any other specific issues you might be dealing with.

A detailed, fully customised sleep plan, that I will prepare for you after the conclusion of our meeting.

 

4 x follow-up telephone calls during the first week following the consultation. These follow-up calls each last about 15 minutes, and we’ll use this time to deal with any setbacks you might be having or answer any general questions.

1 x week of daily e-mail support after your four follow-up telephone calls have been used. You may email me once a day and I always aim to reply to emails within one working day.

The total cost for the One-to-One Sleep Solutions package for a baby or toddler in a cot is £250 and £275 for a child in a bed, by video call or on the phone.

New-born – Get it right from the Start Package
This is a comprehensive training plan helping parents of newborns train their little ones to have fabulous sleep skills from a very young age and can be implemented from day one!

 

Getting an early start in establishing healthy sleep habits is a huge advantage for both babies and their parents. With this package, you will learn everything you need to teach your baby to be an independent sleeper right from the beginning. It is also a fantastic gift package for new parents and consultations can take place before or after the baby has arrived. Gift certificates are available and can be posted direct to the lucky couple if required.

The package consists of:

A private 60 minute Zoom or phone call where we will discuss:

How to establish a healthy sleep plan for your newborn.

Baby sleep needs.

Schedules for feeding, naps and bedtime.

How to help teach your baby the difference between day and night.

Creating the right sleeping environment.

Strategies to encourage sleep.

When to expect your baby to be sleeping longer stretches.

Common sleep issues that can be easily avoided.

 

A detailed sleep plan for your newborn. If you are expecting, the gentle, caring techniques in your sleep plan will teach you how to create an independent sleeper from day one. It will give you a flexible guide to quickly bring some routine to a time of your lives which can otherwise become quite overwhelming. If you baby has already arrived, your sleep plan will be fully customised for your family.

 

1 x follow-up phone call. If you are following a sleep plan from the beginning then you will find your baby is naturally developing wonderful independent sleep skills. You may find you have some questions so we will schedule a telephone call within 2 weeks of the baby’s birth just in case (if you are expecting) or within 2 weeks of our consultation if you already have your baby at home. This call typically lasts around 15 minutes.

 

2 x follow-up e-mails where you can email me with any questions or concerns any time within the first 3 months of your baby’s birth, or after our consultation. After 3 months you can purchase an extra week of email support at any time, should you need it. I always aim to reply to emails within one working day.

 

The total cost for the Newborn – Get it right from the Start Package is £150.
The Refresher
It is not uncommon for babies and toddlers who have been taught to be great sleepers to test the boundaries from time to time. This option is for parents who have met with me in the past, but are looking for a Refresher.

 

This is also a popular option for past clients who have recently had a new baby, or who are expecting in the near future. It consists of:

 

A 60 minute consultation, by Zoom or over the phone, during which we’ll discuss any particular challenges you are having with your child. Since we’ve already worked together, a full hour is usually more than enough time to cover all of your questions and concerns.

 

2 x follow-up emails that you can use for any additional questions that might come up as you get things back on track. I always aim to reply to emails within one working day.

 

The total cost for The Refresher Package for a baby or toddler in a cot is £125.
The Overnight
This personal support package is if you would like to meet me at your own home.

This package consists of:

A preliminary evaluation. This is an in depth evaluation of a comprehensive questionnaire about your child’s sleep habits and routines that you’ll fill out prior to our meeting, having this information in advance helps us make the most of our time together.

 

15 minute phone consultation to discuss details of the overnight support, including date and any personal requirements.

 

Private in-Home, overnight support. I will join you prior to your child’s recommended bedtime and stay overnight until 7am the next morning. The consultation will take place in the comfort of your own home and we will begin your journey to great sleep together.

 

A detailed, fully customised sleep plan. This will be prepared for you after the overnight stay so that you have your own personalised sleep plan to guide you through the upcoming nights.

 

4 x follow-up telephone calls. Typically lasting 15 minutes, these can be scheduled for the first week following the overnight consultation. We’ll use this time to deal with any setbacks you might be having or answer any general questions.

 

1 x week of daily email support after your four follow-up telephone calls have been used. You may email me once a day and I always aim to reply to emails within one working day.

 

The total cost of the Overnight Package is £950.

Available within a 15 mile drive of Hackney, East London (E5).

THE TINY SLEEPY SUPPORT CHAT
What's included:

 

A preliminary evaluation of a questionnaire that you’ll fill out prior to our support chat, having this information in advance helps us make the most out of our time together.

 

A 30 minute phone call to discuss your child's sleep situation and what could be the cause for any sleep difficulties you may be having. Points for discussion could include:

 

Early wakes

Bedtime settling

Bedtime routine

Nap lengths, nap drops and nap transitions

Night wakes

 

If you decide you would like further support with your little one's sleep and you would like to purchase the 'One-to-One Sleep Solutions Package' within a month of our call, the cost of the 'Tiny Sleepy Support Chat' will be deducted from the total cost.

 

The total cost for The Tiny Sleepy Support Chat is £50 by Zoom or over the phone.
