Hello! I’m Holly, I live in South Wales with my husband, my daughter and our little pooch.

I was always led to believe that your little one’s sleep, was purely down to luck and either they slept or they didn’t and you just had to get on with whichever card you were dealt. Sound familiar?

For the first few months of my daughters life, she was a ‘good’ sleeper. No-one prepared me for the the gradual decline in sleep however, and she went from sleeping through (though she never napped well), to waking constantly, needing to be on the breast to sleep and eventually ending up in the bed with us (which we didn’t want).

Everyone had a ‘reason’ for this, regression, she’ll grow out of it, growth spurt, teething….well she didn’t grow out of it and no teeth showed up either!

Making the decision to get help, was the best thing we ever did. So much so, that I trained with Baby Sleep the Night and now I get to change peoples lives in the way that my life was changed.

I cannot recommend Holly enough. She has totally transformed our lives for the better. We used to have a 5 month old who was obsessed with his dummy, waking every 2-3 hours a night, no structured naps, feeds all over the place and miserable most of the day due to tiredness. Now we have a 5 month old who has structured nap times where he actually sleeps for the whole amount of time that he’s supposed to, feeds after sleeping and takes a full feed every time, no dummy at all (like never!!!), and most importantly sleeps 7pm until 7am meaning he is so much happier throughout the day! Where do I begin?

Our little boy had never slept well, had a very strong feed to sleep association that resulted in at least 8 wakes a night. This had been going on 2 weeks shy of a year. We had been looking at sleep consultants for a while. We were dubious as to whether it would work or were we just those parents with a child that wouldn’t sleep until they were teenagers. I will be honest the cost was also something we were aware of, especially being sceptical of whether it would work for us.

Holly has changed our life!!
