For as long as I can remember, I have had a keen interest in sleep. I hold a Master’s degree in health psychology where I studied, in detail, the science of sleep and it’s huge impact on health.

Sleep for everyone is SO important; you only need to read the effects of sleep deprivation to understand the debilitating impact that sleep deprivation has on physical and mental performance in humans.
Actually, if you’re a parent whose child does not sleep, you don’t even have to read, you experience it first hand and you already know…
It wasn’t until my first baby was born, that I truly understood the importance (and difficulty) of getting a good night’s sleep.
Sleep is the one thing that you are not given much (if any) guidance on when you are a new parent. For months on end I experienced severe sleep deprivation. Due to the abundance of conflicting sleep advice out there, I found getting my little boy to sleep
overwhelming & confusing.
My most googled question out of sheer desperation at 3am most nights was ‘why won’t my baby sleep?’ I was at my wits end; my brain was foggy most days. I was a new mum, exhausted and broken.
On top of this, I felt so guilty as my baby was miserable, frustrated and not getting the restful & restorative sleep that his body needed.
Through Baby Sleep the Night I was able to learn the precise skills to provide a conducive environment where my little boy could fall asleep happily by himself and after a few consistent nights of implementing the plan - IT WORKED(??!!).
I felt a new sense of confidence as a parent, I knew what I was doing, and above all my son was so much happier and was thriving in his cognitive and physical development.
It really did transform my family’s life and we have never looked back.
Fast forward to today…
I love my work now, providing fast results for families who are seeking to relieve the stresses of sleep deprivation.
