Train as a Baby Sleep Consultant — and actually build a business that brings in clients
You don’t just need a course.
You need something that works in real life.
A complete “business in a box” with systems, support, and real client pathways – including modern, neurodiversity-aware training.
I’d like to receive more info please!
You’re not just looking for flexibility — you’re looking for something that actually delivers.
Because most training gives you information…
…but leaves you figuring out how to turn it into something that brings in clients, consistently.
That’s where most people get stuck – trying to build a business around what they’ve learned, with no real structure behind it.
Here, the structure is already in place.
You’re given the tools, systems, and ready made client pathways – so you’re not trying to piece it all together on your own.
Whether you’re returning to work, changing direction, or building something of your own — the difference is having something that’s already designed to bring in clients.

You’ll have:
• a proven business model
• client attraction systems to bring in enquiries
• client processes already mapped out
• a CRM system to manage enquiries and clients
So you can focus on supporting families and building something that brings in clients — not trying to work it all out for yourself.
Expert Training & Ongoing Mentoring
You’re not just trained — you’re supported
You’ll have:
• a live, immersive training week
• ongoing mentoring as you begin working with families
• regular live workshops to keep building your skills
• daily support and one-to-one input when you need guidance or reassurance
So you’re not left wondering what to do — you’re guided as you build confidence and start working with real clients.
A Community That Supports You
You’re never alone — and that matters.
You’ll be surrounded by consultants who:
• are starting out, just like you
• are further ahead, sharing insight
• are actively working with families every day
So you always have somewhere to ask questions, sense-check things
and stay connected.
Including guidance around working with neurodiverse families.

FAQs
What does the Baby Sleep the Night™ training and mentoring programme include?
The programme is designed to give you both the expert knowledge and the business systems needed to build a successful baby sleep consultancy.
In practical terms, it includes:
1. A 5-day live intensive training (via Zoom) covering the science of infant and child sleep and how to work with families as a professional sleep consultant.
2. Guidance on setting up and running your consultancy, including the processes, client frameworks and practical structure behind the Baby Sleep the Night model.
3. Access to the systems, tools and support network designed to help you move from training into working confidently with families.
4. Ongoing mentorship and community support as your skills, confidence and consultancy grow.
The aim is not simply to train you in sleep science, but to help you step into a structured, supported consultancy model.
I’ve never run a business before — what if I’m not sure I can do this?
Many of the consultants who train with Baby Sleep the Night start in exactly that position.
The programme is designed not only to teach you the science of infant sleep, but to help you step into a structured consultancy model. Alongside the training, you’ll be introduced to the systems, processes and practical frameworks that underpin the Baby Sleep the Night approach, so you’re not trying to figure everything out on your own.
You’ll also have ongoing mentorship and community support as you begin working with families, so you can build confidence step by step as your consultancy grows.
What most people discover is that once they have the right structure, guidance and support network, running the consultancy becomes far more achievable than they first imagined.
How long does it usually take to start working with families?
You’ll begin working with families very quickly after the training begins.
Immediately following the live training week, we invite consultants to start working with supported test cases, so you can begin putting your learning into practice straight away.
From there, the programme provides the structure, systems and support network to help you continue building experience and attracting families as your confidence grows.
Many consultants find that starting with real cases early on is one of the most valuable parts of the programme, as it helps bridge the gap between learning the material and working with families in a professional capacity.
What if I find myself with a difficult case and feel out of my depth?
That’s completely normal when you begin working with families, which is why ongoing support is built into the programme.
As part of the Baby Sleep the Night network you’ll have access to experienced consultants, mentorship and peer support, so when a challenging case arises you have people to turn to for guidance.
Over the years we’ve supported thousands of families, so within the community there is a depth of shared experience to draw on when you need it.
How much can baby and child sleep consultants earn?
Income varies depending on how many families you choose to support and how you structure your consultancy.
Many consultants begin by working with a small number of families each month and gradually increase their client base as their confidence and experience grow. Because you are running your own consultancy, your income potential is linked to the number of families you support and the way you choose to structure your services.
We’ll talk through realistic expectations, pricing structures and what consultants typically charge during the exploration call so you can decide whether the opportunity aligns with your goals.
“2020, what a year! In many aspects it was awful, and not just due to covid, but I can’t hate on it completely as what it did lead me to was BSTN and my new career as a sleep consultant. What BSTN has given me is a renewed confidence, that I don’t think I even knew I had lost after having my two kids. It really is one of the best decisions I made last year, in fact I call Karen the rainbow after my storm, and what Karen has created is a community of like-minded people who really care.
Once you have finished your training, which is fun, interesting and so much more than just sleep; you are fully supported, nurtured and truly encouraged to be the best person you can be. Karen and the whole team’s support means you never feel alone, and the minute you feel like you’re even slightly drowning we are all there to pull you straight back up.
I feel very privileged to have found her and the Baby Sleep the Night family (and we call it a family, because that really is what it is). Not only do I enjoy what I do, I actually feel like I’ve found a job I’m good at that helps people…you can’t ask for more than that!”
